Never accept a verbal quote over the phone!

We have heard plenty of horror stories about people who accept verbal quotes over the phone. Most of the time that story ends with the person having to pay double or triple the quote to get their possessions out of the truck and moved into their new home. Always ask for an in-home estimate to protect yourself.
