"I wanted to let you know about the professionalism of the four men who did my move from Unit 8, 232 Stonehenge Drive, Ancaster on March 20. They packed, disposed of items no longer needed and moved and set up the new place I was moving to. Nothing was broken or missing!! In fact, I have a grandfather clock that had not chimed in years and the fellow that handles the clocks set the clock up and it started chiming. Don't know what he did but I was so happy. I have to say they were very nice and hard working. They never stopped. Ended up that there were some issues at the house with the buyer so that delayed the move a little causing the building manager to take the elevator off service at the new place. That caused a delay, but it was not the fault of the movers. I would recommend your company to anyone who plans a move. "

"We had a piano moved with Morrison the week of Nov 1, 2022. Our movers were Michael-Oliver, Stephen and Dan. Everyone worked extremely well together and they problem solved easily. I really liked that they don’t add a truck rental fee to their quote like many others do and their 2 hour minimum was enough to move a piano that was close to our home (about 10 mins away). A lot of care was taken when moving the piano. There was no up charge or waiting around to earn an extra hour or any of that. They were honest, quick, professional and nice and we were happy to learn that they move well beyond Hamilton to anywhere in Ontario. It’s something we are keeping in mind next time we have a big move 🙂 Thank you again to the team!"

Follow-up by Sean, days leaving into move date, to confirm readiness, offering assistance and finalizing mover arrival times was a positive sign and told me they were ready. Thank you Sean. Move day…. Moving staff called ahead to notify us they were in transit and provided their ETA. They arrived as earlier promised. A short review of contents was performed and without hesitation, began the task at hand. I observed three individuals, carefully wrapping, protecting our mom’s belonging, treating each item and box as though was their own personal property. Asking for clarity when needed and not just pushing forward to get the job done. It was clear, they were here to meet our needs, provide support, and to make the move a positive experience. Transition to the new residence went smoothly. No hesitation complying with C-19 screening requirements and disruption to existing residents minimized. Following the personal item transfer, Morrison Movers transported and off loaded excess item to our charity of choice. Extra stops were accommodated without hesitation. I would like to recognize the professional manner in which Michael-Oliver (Morrison), Cam and Joe executed this move. Patient, understanding, efficient, accommodating and communicated with us throughout the process. Well done! Entire experience from start to finish was 10-star! Tyler, Matt and Cam were our crew that day and they worked together like a well-oiled machine. Their demeanor was friendly, calm and professional on an otherwise stressful and emotional day for me. These young men SPRINTED on and off the truck both while loading and unloading!! Tyler took apart furniture and re-assembled like a pro, taking his time to ensure it was perfect.
