"WOW, Monday, November 16, 2015 - the day I dreaded for months had arrived!!! Leaving a home after 18 years was one of the hardest things I've had to do yet.....
Shane comes to the front door and greets me, and already knows Im stressed to the max.....I think oh here we go, young kid, what does he know about moving. (Sorry Shane). I look at the truck and question???? Both Shane and Dan assured me, all would fit.....and if not, for some stretch of the imagination, Morrison's would be responsible and make it right.
Well, let me tell you....Shane, Dan and Steve OMG, OMG......you guys are a team to be very, very proud of!! I kept losing track, Shane kept me on task!!!! The MANNERS...WOW.....you have some good training there.....!!! How many people, never mind younger people, say "you're welcome"????? Each of them did, every time they were thanked. Its a small thing, but I NOTICED!!!
They were fast, efficient made it from Hamilton to Niagara on the Lake in record time.....not speeding.....and moved us in, not skipping a beat!!!
Poor Steve, the kid tasked with the "Ikea" bed aka "the bed from hell". He took it apart and put it back together and I slept in it same night. When I bought it, it took us two days to assemble, I kid you not. While I love my husband to death, tools and he do not see eye to eye. Thank you Steve.....
In closing, I have moved, many, many times over the years. At one point in our lives in 5 years we moved 3 times, sheer circumstance. I had it down to a science. This move I was a little out of practice, but I did remember some things, Shane thanked me for my knowledge.
Shane and Dan, you guys are also AMAZING.....keep on, keepin on !!! You made our day from hell, "special" and meeting all three of you in the process, enriched us that much more.
I look forward to our move now to our "forever" (lol) home, having booked you guys to do the move. Shane, I promise I'll be much more organized.
Please make sure the "team" sees my comments, otherwise they are just wasted words.

"I want to thank you for the move you did for us back in June 17th, 2015 from Stoney Creek to Binbrook. I was very impressed with your professionalism and quality of service. The moving crew themselves were very polite and accommodating and handled our furnishings with care and respect alleviating our worries. This move was a complete opposite from the one less than a year before when we moved from Waterford to Stoney Creek. That move was the move from hell. Some of our furnishings were damaged, walls were badly scratched, and furniture was simply piled anywhere. What a relief to have your crew with their professionalism! I believe the team leader's name was John. Kindly pass our thanks on to the team.
